It’s been a while since we’ve unwrapped the famous little pink mailer we have all come to associate with Ipsy. Our Thoughts
While we do feel Ipsy needs a reboot of new brands and products, we did love the theme of this month’s Glam bag, and enjoyed how all the products worked well within the concept of protecting the skin from the sun. We have been big fans of the Befine daily moisturizer as this really works as a good standard face moisturizer so we were thrilled to get a good deluxe size to put in our purse. Next two products we absolutely love were the BareMinerals Cream Eyeshadow and the wHet Nail Polish in Facetious. We were impressed with how well the BareMinerals Cream Eyeshadow worked with our oily lids since the only cream eyeshadows that have held up were the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows prior. At first we worried about the shade since it can be a tricky color to work with but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it looked with our complexion. As nail enthusiasts, we can’t resist a good nail polish, and even better when it’s vegan. The wHet nail polish was absolutely gorgeous to work with. It has a gel-like consistency that surprisingly is easy to work with and does leave streams on application. The best part is that it has none of the harmful chemicals and is cruelty-free.
