[dropcap]V[/dropcap]alentine’s Day is officially tomorrow, which means most of us gals are probably treading through a small mountain of scattered dresses, heels and purses, looking for the perfect outfit that screams romance. In anticipation of the fashion emergencies this special holiday is sure to bring, we have put together two exciting outfit inspirations for those gals just hairs away from boycotting the day of love. We have created a classic “glammed up” outfit, along with a more casual (but still equally fantastic) alternative that speaks of personality and style. And the best part is no matter the surprise date our special someone has in store for us, we’ll be looking fabulous.

This first outfit is inspired by all things Valentine’s Day with a classic twist.
We have paired a bright engine red dress with a skater skirt detaling along with an off white fitted jacket. For shoes, we have two great options: a gorgeous gold metallic and black cut-out peep toe platform heel and a pair of black cut-out flats. So depending on your footwear comfort level, either one can be worn with this get up. To add the finishing touch, we went for a classic black floppy hat, a rope chain necklace and an infinity knot stud earrings.

This last outfit is for those gals who want a more laid-back, carefree style but still want to look their best.
Stepping away from the bright pinks and reds most will be rocking on Valentine’s Day, we chose to play around with a cool and earthy color palette. We have paired an olive brown loose-fit cardigan (with batwing sleeves), a teal V-neck blouse and dark wash denim jeans. For shoes, we chose faux-suede taupe booties that are both comfortable and fashionable. To top it all off, we added mini crossbody bag, blue tear drop earrings and a gold bangle watch.
