This palette, the UD Vice palette and the Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner Vault are my three make-up obsessions on my wish list this holiday season. I don’t think anyone I know would spend $300 on 40 different shades of eyeliner for me though, despite the fact that they all know makeup is my form of art. 😛 I love that you and Chicago Beauty Report teamed up for this giveaway.
