We couldn’t decide on neons or pastels for summer, so we decided to mix the two and create a really fun, bright nail tutorial. It’s super quick and easy, plus it’s a great way to spice up our summer outfits. Need we say more?
Items You’ll Need
- Bright Neon Orange
- Any light pastel color of your choice (i.e Mint Cream from ELF)
- Favorite Base Coat and Top Coat
Step 1: Apply your favorite base coat to your nails, and wait a minute or two before continuing to step 2.
Step 2: Next take your bright neon orange polish and apply 2 coats to your nails. Let them dry completely.
Step 3: Once the base polish is dry, take your pastel polish and start creating four random circles on each nail. The circles do not have to be perfect. The more different they look, the cooler the effect.
Step 4: Give the nails a minute or two to dry before you put a top coat. After the top coat, you can take a nail brush or Q tip dipped in acetone or nail polish remover and clean around the edges. This will give it a more polished look.
