There are many fun ways we can do to tailor our lives. We just need to think outside the box. Or in our case, outside our closet. Try to start from every aspect of our lives. So whether we start with our skin, our luscious head of hair, or even inside the kitchen, it’s important to be inventive. Remember, we all are sleek, sophisticated women. Here are a few tips to get us the well-tailored life we want in no time.
Gorgeous nails
Matching our nails to where we’re going is a brilliant way to go about setting a right mood for ourselves. If there’s a vacation we’re taking soon, why not match them to the trip we’re taking? We like to call this “finger fantasy”. Let’s try fantasizing about snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. What comes to mind? For us, it’s starfish. It’s easy to recreating starfish nails, simply by using a turquoise polish and making the starfish shape with a coral pink polish on each nail. Finish them off with white dots on each starfish. What about Island hopping in Hawaii? Creating Sunset nails is as easy as one, two, three. Just use an orange nail polish to create a sunset background, then gently swirl blue polish like waves of the grand Pacific. Lastly, use a bright yellow to paint a half-shaped sun sitting on the waves. Voila beautiful nail art!
Braids
Side braids are currently uber trendy. Even french braids are having a comeback now. So imagine the two trends together. We’ve got a super creative rockin chic look that will make a bit of statement. Some popular braids inclue the side ponytail braid, which is always stunning. This braid works with curly or straight hair. On the other hand, the french braid will accent any hair. Start by doing the following. Create a deep side part and take the section of hair at the hairline on the smaller side of the part just above our ears. Then French braid it back and pull the hair over and secure it in a side ponytail. The braid has been ried and tested for decades by millions of women around the world. So there’s tons to rock.
Dress up our mac and cheese
Tailoring our favorite family recipe to our own style of cooking is a great way to spice our lives. So next time we’re in a mood to sample something new besides the typical spaghetti and meatball dish, why not change it up. Craving pasta? No problem. Boil some corkscrew pasta and once that’d done, add a little chorizo. Spice it up with extraordinary herbs like turmeric or even nutmeg. Sprinkle a bit of basil and chives on top. Last but certainly not least, serve in festive plates and pair it with a delicious red wine Nom! It’s so good, we are sure we’ll impress our grandmothers at the dinner table.
