Step 1
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a medium sized pot over medium heat. Next cut up the onion in thin slices and drop them in the hot oil.
Stir frequently until onions get a beautiful golden color. Add chopped garlic.
Step 2
Stir in water, tomato sauce, ketchup, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Let it come to a boil. In the meantime, cut the hot dogs in thin slices (approximately 1 inch thick).
Reduce heat to low, and add hotdogs, kidney beans, corn, cumin, and hot sauce to the pot.
Let everything simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Chili should not be too thick or too soupy.

>>PREHEAT OVEN AT 350 F.
Step 1
Slice the baguette into slices that are 3 to 5 inches thick. Feel free to vary the sizes.
Now scoop out some of the center, making sure not to scoop too deep.
Once all the mini bread bowls have been scooped out, it’s time to brush the baguette slices with some olive oil.
Just arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 2
Place each mini bread bowl in a cupcake baking cup. Fill each bowl to the brim. Repeat until all the bowls are done. Place them in a serving tray. And voila, we’re done!
