We have been busy in the kitchen tweaking classic Mexican recipes into scrumptious but healthier alternatives. First is our homemade horchata, followed by our make-your-own tacos with potato, longostino and chicken fillings, and lastly, piping hot churros.

First, I became really hungry by just looking at the photos. i would love to try Horchatas. I have heard a lot about them but haven’t really got a chance to try them.

These look yummy I haven’t had HORCHATA yet. It’s funny I’m in a predominately hispanic town, we’re having a cinco de mayo pot luck and on the sign up sheets it’s things like deli platters and fruit trays…where is the flavor lol
