[dropcap]I[/dropcap]f you’re like us, you love staying up to date with all the fashion trends throughout the year. And summer is by far our favorite season because of the amazing prints, pastels, neons and textures we see on the runway. However, we know finding ways to take these runway trends and make them wearable can be tricky, so we have created three outfit inspirations to show how easy it is to rock these summer trends.

One of spring and summer’s hottest trend is everything off-the-shoulder from dresses to blouses–the trend has definitely made a buzz. But we can’t forget a throwback with the resurgence of denim shorts with a frayed look to lend a more modern touch.
Our Outfit Inspiration
A great way to wear these two styles is by combining a gorgeous off-the-shoulder blouse, a light wash frayed denim shorts with booties. Just add a light cardigan, flip flops, cute beach bag, and a couple simple accessories to help dress up or dress down the look.

Now at first we had our reservations when we first saw slip dresses on the runway as we have only ever associated them with undergarment. But as this trend has picked up and we have seen some of our favorite celebs wear the style, we are just loving how light and airy slip dresses can be.
Our Outfit Inspiration
If you’re a little hesitant about looking like you’re wearing pjs outside, find a slip dress with a cool print as this can distract from the appearance of a slip dress but still have that relaxed, flowy feel. You can also take it up a notch by styling it with a sturdy (but lightweight) jean jacket, a large floppy hat, a small crossbody or shoulder bag and flats. This will give it a more polished look. Also, try to keep jewelry at a minimum so you don’t take away from the amazing print on your slip dress.

Chunky heels and sandals seem to make quite the splash on the runway, along with a 90’s classic: Chokers.
Love those boots… It’s mostly rainy in the Philippines during this month so I wear boots instead of sandals and flip flops.
