- 1 Cup of skinned and diced Pineapple.
- 1 Cup of Strawberries.
- 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 peeled and sliced Carrot
- 1 Celery Stalk
- Half an inch of skinned, chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder or 2 inches of chopped Turmeric Root.
- 1 Cup of Milk – can be substituted with any milk alternatives of your choice such as soya, almond, rice milk.
- ½ a cup of Ice Cubes
Directions
- Make sure your fruits and vegetables are washed thoroughly and prepare them.
- Add all your ingredients into the Nutribullet and whizz until everything is thick and smooth.
- Serve the smoothie chilled.
Recipe 2: Mouth-Watering Mango and Peach Smoothie
What you need:
- ½ cup of Diced Mango
- ½ cup of Diced Peaches
- ¼ tsp of Lemon Zest
- ¼ tsp of Turmeric
- A pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
- A cup of Water
- ¼ cup of Coconut Milk – Can be Fresh or Canned
- ½ cup of Ice Cubes
Directions
- Wash, peel and otherwise prepare your fruit and veg.
- Add your ingredients to the Nutribullet and blend for around 30-60 seconds, until smooth.
- Serve chilled and drink asap for the best flavor and freshness.
Recipe 3: Sweet & Sour Cherry and Pineapple Smoothie
What you need:
- 1 cup Chopped Pineapple
- 1 cup Cherries or Cherry Juice
- A pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 Inch of Chopped Ginger
- ½ cup of Coconut Milk – Fresh or Canned, it’s up to you.
Directions
- Wash and peel your pineapple and cherries (if you’re using fresh cherries).
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for around 60 minutes until smooth.
- Keep chilled or drink immediately for the best freshness and taste.
Recipe 4: Pineapple, Cinnamon, and Oatmeal Smoothie
What you need:
- 1 Cup of Pineapple
- 1 Cup of Cooked Oatmeal
- ½ tsp of Cinnamon
- ½ Cup of Almonds
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Orange Juice
- Honey to Sweeten
Directions
- Cook the oatmeal in a cup and a half of water for around 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal is nice and thick.
- Remove the oatmeal from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- While your oatmeal cools, add all the rest your ingredients to the Nutribullet and blend for around 30 seconds.
- Add the oatmeal to the mix and blend for about another 30 seconds.
- Drink straight away for the best results.
Recipe 5: Brilliant Banana and Mega Mango Smoothie
What you need:
- 1 Chopped Banana
- 1 Cup of Diced Mango
- 1 Diced Carrot
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp of Turmeric or 2 Inches of Skinned and Chopped Turmeric Root
- ½ Tsp of Cinnamon
- 1 Inch of Chopped Ginger
- A Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Honey (Optional)
Directions
- Thoroughly wash your fruit and vegetables before peeling and chopping.
- Add all the ingredients to the Nutribullet (or any blender) and blend for around 30-60 seconds, until smooth.
- Serve immediately for the best results.
