Our April box from GlossyBox could not arrive any sooner as we’re craving a little TLC. And this month’s theme is all about sitting back and giving ourselves a much need, much earned at home spa. With summer approaching, the timing is perfect! Here’s a look at what ‘s inside our Glossybox this month.

- AQUA SPA Relax Body Creme | 2 oz deluxe size [Full-size: 9oz /$10.00]
One of our favorite products we received. This smooth, ultra rich body lotion is said to ‘banish dry skin while diminishing the signs of aging.’ While we can’t speak for the anti-aging properties just yet, we do love how incredibly smooth and hydrating our skin feels after applying the lotion. The best part is that it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, and quickly absorbs into the skin. The deluxe size of this body lotion is perfect for us to simply throw this in our purses and be out the door. We definitely will be checking out more about Aqua Spa and grabbing the full-size when we finish with this one.

First of, we love that this product is not only Vegan and cruelty-free, but also free from parabens, sulfates and artificial colors. We love seeing more and more Vegan products in monthly subscription boxes. Now the Caldrea body wash is for those who want the ultimate spa treatment in their shower. The scent is fresh, but potent so for those sensitive to smells, might not for you. But we loved the scent, and really thought it enhance the “Ahh” experience. While this body wash doesn’t lather as much as we’d want it too, it does leave our skin renewed and lightly scented.
- BELLAPIERRE COSMETICS Super Gloss in Vanilla Pink | [Full-size /$24.50]
We are generally not lipgloss wearers, so when we saw the bellapierre we weren’t overly thrilled. We prefer lipsticks, lipstains or even lip balms, but this is personal preference. We will say Vanilla Pink is a gorgeous mauve gloss. It also sits well on the lips since we find most glosses with high shine to be overly tacky on the lips. Not necessarily an attractive thing when we’re out in public. This color would look absolutely divine in the summer with bronze skin. Plus the smell is not overly powering, and hints at Vanilla (hence the name) and warm baked cookies.
- CIATE LONDON Paint Pot in Kaftan| .46 fl oz [Full-size /$15.00]
Nail polish enthusiasts that we are, we love getting nail polish in our GlossyBox. Now we’ve heard of Ciate polishes before, but never tried them. We can definitely see the hype. The polish not only applies like a dream, but drying time is really good, especially for a glitter polish. Our color Kaftan is an absolutely gorgeous sunflower yellow color with orangey- pink and silver glitter flecks.
- LASPLASH COSMETICS Eyeshadow Sealer/Base | .3 fl oz [Full-size /$9.00]
This is by far our second favorite product we received in the box. We adore eyeshadows so trying new eyeshadow bases are a must, especially if they’re budget-friendly. We’ve tried glitters from LASplash so we we’re intrigued about their eyeshadow base. Let’s just say we we’re wowed! Not only does this clear base grab on to the eyeshadow, it last incredibly well. They grabbed our Urban Decay eyeshadows to perfection. But be advised that the product does feel a bit heavy on the lids, so only use a tiny bit. We really can’t say enough good things about this eyeshadow base.
