E.L.F Essential Blush
- Shade: Innocence ( light pink) and Flushed (mauve pink with shimmer)
- Application: It’s important to be careful when applying these blushes on the cheek because they’re a bit powdery. So we recommend tapping a bit of the product before putting it on the cheeks. Innocence is a sheer color so it’s more suited for light to medium skin tones. Flushed, on the other hand, is more opaque so it suits more skin tones, while the light golden shimmer doesn’t leave us looking like a disco ball–offering a lovely glow to the face. As for performance, the blushes on the essential line are easy to blend without leaving any patches.

E.L.F Studio Blush
- Shade: Peachy Keen ( light peach with intense bronze shimmer) and Candid Coral (peach with warm shimmer)
- Application: Unlike the essential blushes, the studio blushes are less powdery and have more pigmentation. There is also more color selections to choose, ranging from baby pinks to berry mauves. Several popular shades include Pink Passion and Twinkle Pink (the latter has been called a dupe for Nars Orgasm blush). For those looking for orange or peach blushes, Peachy Keen and Candid Coral are ideal. They both have a buttery texture, which makes it a no brainer to apply and blend out. These two appear similar on the cheeks, with Candid Coral slightly more warmer. Perfect for adding a lovely golden warmth to the face.

ELF Studio HD Blush
- Shade: SuperStar (salmon pink with light glitter shimmer)
- Application: These HD liquid blushes are incredibly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. One of the unique things about this product is it’s liquid to powder formula. Often times, creme or liquid blushes have a tendency to feel tacky on the skin (not appealing whatsoever) but surprisingly, these studio HD blushes are not. Unfortunately, they do set really quickly on the skin, so it’s imperative to work the product before it dries. A word of caution: pump just a drop of this product because a little bit goes a long way.
