Besides a 2016, 2017 and 2018 Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Award winner and Emmy nominee, Kerry is also known as the makeup designer and department head behind the promotional campaigns for all seasons of the popular FX Network show, American Horror Story. Her talented work on the campaigns have been widely talked about year after year.
She is a long-time makeup educator and founder of Colour Box Makeup Studios, which offers workshops for aspiring makeup artists to gain the tools and techniques to carve successful careers in the industry.

Can’t make it to the workshop? Not to worry! Kerry was gracious to offer a few quick and easy tips on how to take complexion to the next level using some of her favorite products from Veil Cosmetics.
Tip #1: Applying a primer before foundation will help enhance the smoothness of the skin, as well as ensure optimal wear.
Tip #2: It’s best to use products within the same line for the best results, such as Veil’s Sunset Light Primer and their Sunset Skin Foundation. Both these oil free products combined equal the prefect marriage for naturally flawless skin.
Shame I’m not in LA on May 7th, this sounds like a great event. I swear by primers too – I can’t apply my makeup without one anymore!

I honestly have never heard of Veil Cosmetics but I do love that she’s got a great background with education in makeup. That makes a huge difference when it comes to its quality.
I have not tried cream blushed for fear I will look like a clown. I will have to give this a try.
