In order to find the right flow for us, we must always be a participant. We should walk with a deep awareness and curiosity for our surroundings and the people around us. This will make us more attuned with what feeds our mind, body and soul. Never shy away from challenge. Instead, face it head on and reach for that brass ring. For some of us, we’re not quite sure how to find our passion, let alone our ‘purpose’. But here’s a few questions to get us on the right life path.
Where do we lose ourselves? What types of activities are you engaged in when you lose track of time, hear yourself laughing, reach out to others, etc?
Let’s describe those moments in our lives when we felt true passion, inspiration or completion.
If we had a day all to ourselves and could spend it anyway we desired, what would You do?
Living an energetic and purposeful life holds true meaning. Like Abraham Lincoln once said, “live a good life. In the end it is not the years in a life, but the life in the years.” Our lives aren’t necessarily measured by reaching a particular age, but rather by how we’ve chosen to live it. Remember to grab on to life with dear hands because anything is possible.
