[W]ith New York Fashion Week at a close, it’s time to take a closer look at the top Spring 2014 fashion trends.

A Touch of 70s

The 70s are definitely in this season, as several designers like Diane Von Furstenberg and Jenny Packham took the styles reminiscent of that era and made them more contemporary. High-waisted pants with more structural cuts, dresses with plunging necklines, and bow-tied collars were but a few of the modern touches made to classic pieces seen on the runway.
